Our specialty is Project Management and Development, focusing on
complex technical projects in the Medical and Broadcast fields.
John F. Anderson formed JFA
Real Estate Services in 1998 after 11 years as head of
Real Estate for News America and its subsidiaries including Fox
Broadcasting, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation and the Fox
Television Station Group.
Among JFA's successful medical projects are a state-of-the-art
Surgery and Imaging Center with integrated Internet broadcast and
production capabilities. Currently in development is a 60,000 square
foot multi-use Medical Office Building, including Surgery, Imaging,
and Hydrotherapy Suites.
JFA's clients include NASCAR,
Philips Electronics, Fox, Telemundo, Western Digital, California
Spine Institute, Pasadena Physicians, and others.
