John F. Anderson
President |
John F. Anderson is the founder and principal of JFA Real Estate Services, LLC, which he has operated since 1998. For the previous eleven years, John was Vice President of Real Estate for News America, Incorporated where he was responsible for all real estate operations of News America, and its subsidiaries including Twentieth Century Fox, Fox Broadcasting Company, and the Fox Television Stations Group among other companies. His duties involved the exclusive portfolio management responsibilities of more than 7.3 million square feet of Fox's real property assets worldwide. In addition, John was responsible for all real estate project management and development within the companies, including the construction of three major market television stations and multiple broadcast and production facilities. Prior to joining News America, John worked in his father's development company in Texas and subsequently was an associate broker in the Office Buildings Division at Henry S. Miller Company in Dallas. John is a Real Estate Instructor at Santa Monica College where he teaches Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practices, and the California Department of Real Estate Exam Preparation courses. He has studied real estate and finance at the University of Texas at Arlington and at California State University, Northridge. John is an active licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and the State of Texas. |

Luis Batista is new to the real estate industry but enjoys the opportunities that it provides to work with a diverse group of people. Luis mostly enjoys the fact that the real estate business takes advantage of his strong communications abilities and his desire to develop long term, productive relationships with his clients. Craig Roth |
Craig Roth comes to JFA from the film industry where he worked for 10 years as a project manager, producer, and production executive. Craig has demonstrated that his production experience managing multimillion dollar film projects and related knowledge is directly applicable to the real estate business in such areas as project management, procurement of economic incentives, value engineering, design consulting, property entitlement, marketing, sales, financing, and development. Craig has a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Southern California and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.

Nessa Wigham moved to Los Angeles from Dallas in 2003 to pursue a career in commercial real estate. As an associate with JFA, Nessa works with a highly specialized team focusing on brokerage, project management, and medical development. Nessa specializes in the leasing and sales of commercial and industrial properties and has successfully represented landlords and tenants throughout the Southern California area. She enjoys focusing on the needs of her corporate clients as well as many small businesses. Nessa is dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of service in order to consistently exceed their goals and expectations. Nessa has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of North Texas and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.

Thanin Wijarnjoraqij |
Thanin Wijarnjoraqij (wi jarn jo ra gij) initially became interested in real estate so that he could acquire his own home. Over the last several years, that initial interest has developed into his full time, chosen career; one which has proven to be interesting, exciting and personally challenging to him. For four years prior to joining JFA, Thanin has been investing in real estate for his own account. He understands the process of demographic analysis, acquisition of investment properties, and the dynamics of ongoing property management. He enjoys working with clients to help them find creative solutions to their real estate needs and always seeks to attain their satisfaction. Thanin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Punjab University in India and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.

Melissa Wilson is a Los Angeles native and comes to JFA and the real estate industry with extensive experience in restaurant ownership and management. Her primary focus is on customer service and client satisfaction. Melissa was originally attracted to real estate as a result of the rapidly increasing property values in Southern California; however she learned that she really enjoyed real estate as a business. Ultimately, Melissa is interested in expanding her expertise in dealing with the retail and restaurant segments of the real estate business while continuing to assist clients with their ongoing commercial real estate needs. Melissa has a Business Degree from the University of San Francisco and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
