Healthcare and Medical
JFA
began working on medical projects in 1999 and continues today with
medical projects comprising a significant part of the overall
workload. JFA has worked in a consulting capacity on a number
of smaller projects and they have overall responsibility development
of two significant medical facilities.
The
California Spine Institute is a 30,000 square foot medical office
building with 3 operating rooms, an imaging center and a
hydrotherapy suite. CSI has internet broadcast capability from the
operating rooms, allowing the physicians to give lectures during
surgery to international students.

The
Pasadena Clinical Physicians Neuroscience Center will open in
January, 2007 offering 50,000 square feet of medical office building
including an imaging center and a therapy pool.
